A gentle soul, Nimue struggles with her magical ability due to a chromosomal duplication that affects her sleep, prohibiting her from entering the fade in her dreams. Therefore unable to become an apprentice to the clan's Keeper, she eventually finds her calling in combining herbalism with her limited magical ability to aid in healing. Committing herself to the Vir Atish'an, the way of peace, Nimue had to prove herself to receive more of her vallaslin, and volunteering to go to the Divine's conclave seemed to be the perfect opportunity.
